What kind of businesses do you work with?
We focus on small businesses — typically owner-operated, with fewer than 20 staff. We work across sectors, including retail, services, F&B, and trades. What matters most is that the owner genuinely wants to think things through.
How is this different from a standard business consultant?
We are less focused on delivering a report and more focused on understanding your situation with you. The work is conversational, reflective, and written in plain language. We do not use jargon or present slides. We sit with you and think carefully.
Do sessions take place in person or online?
Both options are available. We are based in George Town, Penang, and are happy to meet in person locally. For clients elsewhere in Malaysia, sessions work well over video call. We find that good conversation is possible either way.
What happens if I am not sure which option suits me?
That is perfectly fine. We suggest beginning with a short no-obligation call to talk through where you are. After that, we can suggest which engagement might fit — or it may become clear that the timing is not right, and that is fine too.
How quickly can we get started?
We typically respond within one working day and can usually schedule an initial call within the same week. The pace after that is shaped by what works for you — we do not rush the process.
Is everything we discuss kept confidential?
Yes, entirely. Everything discussed in our sessions remains between us. We do not share details with any third party, and we can provide a formal confidentiality agreement on request if that gives you greater comfort.
